We manufacture iron cores, and are one of the only custom transformer companies that manufactures such cores.
Our Vertical Integration process makes each transformer AMERICAN BUILT - we build our Silicon Steel Tape Wound Cores used for each Toroid Transformer instead of buying from a second party broker.
Since very few Custom Transformer Companies manufacture iron cores, they have to hire other second party companies to manufacture them. Using CAD/CAE software and simulation equipment, our engineers develop and test a wide variety of custom transformers & other special magnetic products. The best copper wiring is used, increasing the efficientcy of the transformer and generating a lot less heat.
Within our product design and features, we final test every transformer for 15 different parameters using the latest automated test equipment.
